The Following Corporate Services are Available from Teitel Service Bureau,
Inc.
New York State Corporate Filings $20.00 per document
We will file any document prepared by your office the same day it is received.
When advancing fees, please send a separate check payable to New York Secretary of State for each filing, plus a single check payable to Teitel Service Bureau, Inc. for the sum total of all fees.
Routine Processing from the Department of State is about 1-2 weeks
Expedited Service is Available from Department of State (at the following additional
costs):
24-Hour - $25.00
Same Day (must be submitted by 12:00 pm) - $75.00
2-Hour - $150.00
Corporate Status Searches $20.00 for each name checked
When information is required regarding the correct name, location, address for process, registered agent, and status of a corporation, we can obtain information from the Department of State’s corporate records, and telephone and/or send results of search to your office.
Clearance for Availability $35.00 for up to 3 names
Provide up to three (3) proposed corporate names. We submit names to the Department of State, and report the first available name to your office. When submitting more than one name, please submit names in order of preference. We suggest you refer to §301 of the Business Corporation Law for guidance in choosing names.
Reservation of Name $45.00 per name
Once a name has been checked and found to be available, you may wish to place a reservation on the name. Teitel Service Bureau, Inc. will prepare and file the Application for Name Reservation for your corporate name. Once filed, we will send the receipt of Name Reservation to your office. When filing certificates, the Name Reservation Receipt must accompany the Certificate.
Certified Documents on File
Teitel Service Bureau, Inc. can obtain a state certified or plain copy of any
corporate certificate filed with the Department of State, and send the document
directly to your office.

Teitel Service Bureau, Inc. can obtain a Certificate of Good Standing for your
New York Business Entity or Foreign Bid Certificate, showing “Good Standing”
status of you foreign qualified Business Entity. Expedited Service is Available

Please Note: Newly registered LLC, PLLC, LLP, and LP’s must publish legal notices in two newspapers designated by the County Clerk and file a certificate of publication within 120 days.
